These are in Australia. After betsy h. mentioned the doelings I have having the more european rumps - - I looked on some sites with European stock to see (and I do agree totally), and I ran across these. . .
Gosh! Where can I buy Nubians of this size! My does aren't a 1/3 that size, and my buck is no where near that large either!
Oh, and look at the ears on them:

Are you sure that's a goat and not a cow?

Susanne! I want one of his kids - I will drive to Michigan for one! LOVE him and them. Yes, the color is striking on the Aussie Nubians.

Susanne, if I get AI equp this year I want semen out of that buck. I'll hopefully be getting my first nubian doe (what am I thinking?? I like ALPINES! ) in a week or so, but don't know hardly anybody 'into' nubians that has a tested herd... And I've always admired him and his daughters.

If I had anyway to do AI, I'd also get semen, but I am having a time trying to find someone to AI my heifer. . .I can't imagine finding anyone here to do goats.

I'm just going to learn to do it myself. I don't really like the idea of someone else coming on my property who is likely wearing boots/clothes they wear into other people's barns/pastures, or their own... Biosecurity! Plus, it's near impossible to find someone to AI goats. I want to get hoegger's book on the topic, have the ADGA book on it, and hope to go to fall roundup here in MI (Michigan dairy goat society puts it together) where they are supposed to have an AI class this year.
