Small amount of bloody discharge

My doe kidded in early December. She was housed with a buck and may or may not have been bred (I've had her for a month now).

She has been a little cranky the last few days (for her, normally a complete angel) I noticed that she one day had a little bloody discharge and the next day she had a little (tiny) amount of bright red blood discharge. She wasn't 'pink' or flagging her tail, so I don't think she was in heat, though that was my immediate first thought?

Thoughts? Could it have been her in heat? Or what else could it be?

I don't own a buck myself. I have the three girls and that's it.

Oh, and there has been a dip in milk production at the same time...

TIA!

Mine have never had any kind of bloody discharge when in heat.
I am no expert but I think a bloody discharge could be a miscarrage or maybe an infection? I really don't know just guessing so see what everyone else says.
How long was she housed with a buck after kidding in December? and when did she come to your place?
Also have you checked her temperature?
