CAE Results
I just got my CAE test results back and are very happy about them. All three of my goats came back negative! This is there second test and and it was negative again. The goats are almost two years old now and were born from CAE positive mothers. I culled the mothers and raised the kids on cows milk. Thank you to everyone that gave me helpful advice and encouragement. This has been a long process for me but I feel it is really going in the right direction now and I have learned a lot along the way. My does are due to kid next month so I am really looking forward to having fresh milk again, it has been a few years, since I culled the mothers right when they freshened and then waited until these does were two to kid. Just wanted to post because I am so happy with the results.
