You people have corrupted me......

I don't post often, but read everyday. We had three ND kids born three weeks ago. I already have them sold, plus a doesling left from a September kidding. 4 goats sold!. So I bought 4 more, three bred does and a buckling. The ones that I bought can bee seen on

http://www.thunderhillfarms.com/index.htm

They are the first three does on the does for sale, and the second buck on the bucks for sale. I can't wait until we go get them Saturday.

Its more than an addiction, its a complete lifestyle! What is it about survivalism and homesteading and homeschooling that mandates goat ownership!?! Don't worry though, I have been in the same boat.

I would LOVE to have goats. I love em, I really do. Someday....sigh.

Someone once asked me what would I do if I won the lotto...this is what I said: I'd buy me a place in the middle of nowhere with a wrap-a-round porch on the house and a goat (or 2). Folks just shake thier heads at me anymore around here.

We brought the new goats home today. They are wonderful looking does and the little buck is great. I am very pleased with them. When I can catch a sunny day, I will get some pictures to share.

Come on Nickiel, Join all of us Addicts here(goat addicts that is)!

I use to think my Dh was nuts too when all he talked about was getting a goat as soon as we moved to the country, Well we moved, we got A goat & 1 goat needs another goat, then comes babies & you know the rest! I thought he would tire of them after the first winter, snow, freezing his butt off & all that. 6 years later & I'M THE ADDICT!!

Congratulations Levonsa! But remember goats are addicting, I have to really take control of myself to keep my numbers down!

Can't wait to see those darling pictures either!
