Question Boer Goat Question

Hope this isn't a dum question but does anyone use boer goats for milk?

I'm still searching an found another person that raises lots of boer goats. I've not went to see them yet but was wanting to know if boer goats can be used like a dairy goat?

They have already said I can come an visit their farm anytime I wanted. Not rude at all..

Mostly around here is boer goats not hardly any dairy goats at all.

Thanks for the help.

I milk my percentage does for the house. They don't produce as long as a dairy breed but the milk is good. They have smaller teats as well so need a different hand hold. last year Libby milked with a thumb and my first finger but this year I can use 2 fingers
