Is this frostbite?

Is this frostbite? He is not the only one to have this pinkish redness around the disbudding area, two more do as well. If it is what should I put on it?
I know how I dealt with it on a leg but the same would not apply to put his head in a mitten with some hot hands packs
None of them are bleeding but they have the pink/red around the edges like this one.
These cold weather kids are making me nuts!

Frost-biten tissue is black and the tips of the ears would be first place to get it

Its not frostbite.
It looks like it got irritated by being rubbed against something.
Do you spray anything on the area to keep it sealed and from getting infected?
I use AluSheild and spray the area every day for the first couple of weeks and then again if it gets scraped against something and has any open skin.
In fact the same thing happened to my buckling yesterday from trying to squeeze underneath something.
I would use a spray bandage to keep it protected from getting infected.

I have had frostbite on other goats and none of it ever turned black. Maybe it was not that advanced when the vet caught it or animals are different? I had a pair of twins last year with it on the tips of their ears, red, bleeding and sore then they turned hard and fell off. Nothing I tried worked to save the tips the wether given to me that was "stepped on" turned out to have frostbite and his was the same, he also limped when he walked. Thankfully I save his hoof and bottom leg. Maybe I should move to a warmer climate. But thankfully out of over 60 goats through the years those are the only cases I have had. I just don't want their heads to get all nasty.

They were disbudded a month ago and I use Furzal when it first happens but I do not keep applying it. Liquid bandaid are something different?

None of my Planned Spring kids ever had this happen. Winter kids are more work, that's for sure.

It's not frostbite, it's just where the skin surrounding the horn area is losing it's scabs - it get's burned too. You can dab a little gentle iodine on it. Looks fine to me though.
