Unusual Heat Cycle??

I have a goat who has blood on her..well, parts...I dunno the anatomical name for that specific female goat part (the outside). I have several goats, all males are wethered, and my females come into heat all winter. I have only seen regular discharge, clear/whiteish gooey, but my female (4 years) has blood on her. Its fairly dark, but not brown. Its not much but its not a little either. (like a small skin wound) I think she was in heat a few days ago. I don't pay much attention, just get annoyed because my 2 bucks will fight when a doe is in heat. There is no way she could be preggers, unless a deer jumped the fence!

Should I be concerned? She gets a beating from the others, in general, but she has no signs of any injuries or changes in behavior.

It almost looks like pre labor, but not gooey. I checked her over for pregnancy just in case I had an immaculate conception on my hands and Her ligaments are tight, no udders, and really no belly. (can't feel any babies either)

The only way she could be pregnant is if my males, without testes, got her pregnant. Admittedly, when the does are in heat, they start smelling like male goats! lol
