Thoughts silly or cool?
Wracked my brain over and over trying to come up with a herd name. So many that I liked, to many that were too long and of course some that were already taken.
Soooooo.........

Andi's Goatee Haven

whatcha think????? be honest, just not painfully lol

gah doesnt sound quite right

Goatee Goats ????

Is there a reason you want to spell Goat-ee like the facial fur? Or would Goatie be more apt? I like Andi's Goatie Haven!

Ok now that does flow better.
Now see I was talking with some ladies at work who think I that crazy country lady and one of them said I should have farm/herd name Andi's Ark

how do you go about finding out if a name is taken?

Need to shorten the herd name. "Your herd name should not exceed 15 spaces if possible, as the name of each dairy goat is limited to a total of 30 spaces including the registered herd name." (from ADGA site) They include spaces too in the count.

I vote for Crazy Andi's ........

Just check the registrar that you plan on using. You can do a search for herd names.

Gonna see if I can get a plaque made to hang on front fence, will work on something shorter for herd name.
