Disbudding in N Fla/SW Ga?

Does anyone know someone who can show me how to disbud? I am willing to pay for the privilege . Have 3 Nubian bucklings to disbud and they are 4 days old now so I need to do it soon, I think. Thanks.

the only person I know may be Lamancha Paul on this forum, he lives in south Ga and may can show you or get his mentor to, try to PM him, I think you can even find an email addy in his profile or off his website.
I would also get on the ADGA and see if you can find a breeder in your area as all dairy people just about disbud so I bet one of them would be glad to teach you.

GOod luck, Im a chicken and pay some one to do mine

I've done about a dozen. It wasn't so difficult. I'd offer to do and show, but I'm in SE Ga a good two hours north of Jax. Did you consider joining the Fla dairy goat club? Here is a member: Bunker Babes Goat Farm 863-990-1340

Paul, I now this is off topic, but is the ad in the Georgia Farm Bulletin for the MiniManchas yours?

yes... AND they are adorable little butterballs.

I had two LaManchas bucklings yesterday. LIFE is grand with the little ones.

Where are you moving? There are some steal of deals on property right now.
