babies coat

my baby doeling who is now almost 8 weeks old seems to have her fur up. Not sure how else to describe it, it is still soft, just seems more puffy or something. she is also keeping her tail down more. her poop is fine, she eats and drinks fine, behaves like she always has. could she just be puffing up to stay warm?

Yup might be. Its been sooo cold. Bed them a little deeper and see if she looks better.

Natural response to cold weather. The puffed up coat traps a larger pocket of warm air against their skin. As long as everything else seems fine, I wouldn't worry. Mine sometimes resemble tribbles!

Yup, probably cold. Mine usually look pretty poofy this time of year, except when they are laying down snuggling.
