bottle feeding

I have a kid that is just 5 days old and I have been bottle feeding 4 ounced every 4 hours. She is a fainter does this sound right I have been using a milk replacer I know that u guys say that is not good. But can I use both milk replacer and whole milk from the store.
She weights about 4 pounds right now very active and is going fine this is the first time I have had to do this with. A goat
