Electric fence will I keep the goats in and coyotes out.

A well built and CORRECTLY wired and powered electric fence will keep most animals on the right side.

my only worry is coyotes and stray dogs staying out, goats staying in.

Electric net fence has worked for me.

Emily Dixon of OzarkJewels has success with high tensile, but I don't know how many wires she runs.
