Words just can't describe...

And sorry to say I didn't have my camera
We saddled up and took the horses for a ride tonight. We started going down the gravel road, had the 2 dogs with us, and I turned and looked and here comes Gretta, Frankie and Flossie. They wanted to come with us! So we just kept going and they ran ahead and followed along...their little legs just going so fast and Gretta's belly swinging from side to side. It brings tears to my eyes. They are just so sweet and part of the family. We stopped by a vacant cow pasture and Dh got off and opened the gate so we could ride in there since we had "everyone" with us. They just stood and waited and then followed us through the gate...running and jumping and just having a blast. It was just sooo funny. We did cut the ride short because their little legs were getting tired. We all just headed home. I am so blessed..what a life
Next time...camera for sure!

Awww, what a scene that must have been! I can almost hear their little voices, "Wait for us!"

This is exactly why goats make great pack animals. They actually WANT to follow you down the trail!

Goats are the Greatest & what a cute story! I think you needed a camcorder, that would have been so cute, like your little family video. Camera next time anyways!

I guess everyone's liking the new homestead too it sounds like!
