Post your "romeo" thread!!!
I was thinking...in the spring we have tons and tons of baby pictures because it is kidding season. The does usually come out in those pictures too with their babies. But when do we ever get to see the "romeos" that are "behind the scenes!!??"
That's why I am starting a thread dedicated to the boys. It's breeding season and they should be hard at work and I think it would be nice to honor them by showing off their pics!!! If you have more than one buck, you can post all of them or just your favorite or favorites!
Woohoo! This is gonna be fun!!
Here's my big boy...we just bought him actually. We don't know what breed he is, so if ya'll have any ideas let me know. We also don't have a name picked out yet. I can't wait to see what his babies look like!! Sorry it's a little fuzzy, I lost my good camera and am stuck with the cell phone camera for now. He is white, chocolate brown and black!

I don't think that he's a fainting goat...aren't they really little? This guy comes up to almost my waist right now in his back. Just a thought.

Nice looking boys, everyone.
Here is an older picture of our boer buck, Red Hot Faja.
And here is a current picture of our angora buck, Titan. Although, I sheared that beautiful fleece off minutes after the photo was taken.

Everyone's boys are so handsome, I'll have to take some pictures now too.
Deserthi, maybe he's across of something like kinder & ? or spanish meat goat & ? He looks like he might hve Nigerian in him but you said he was so big already. Really cute guy though, he reminds me of a holstein cow with those markings. What about Clancy, Tucker or Gilbert for a name?
Emily, Mustang man is my favorite but they are all good looking goats.
Thanks for all the pictures everyone, some really cool one's like the angora too!

They are all beautiful! About the first guy. Actually fainting goats are a type of meat goat. So the would not be all that small. But what ever he is he's got great color.

Here is our year old Nigerian Dwarf buck Capri-Dance RA Maple Sunshine - better known as Sunny. He is one year old, gentle with the ladies, and sired all of this years kids on the first try.
This is 4 month old Poppy Patch RC Rio the Rebel, that I acquired last weekend.

Although Fainting(Myotonic) goats are considered a meat goat, they are still very small compared to the average full-sized goat. I own a 1/2 Myotonic-1/2 Boer doe and she is just a little larger than my 7 month old kids.
