I couldn't find anything either... on the ADGA website! It's all in the ADGA handbook, though.
A goat gets "a leg" when, in a sanctioned show, she is named Champion over at least 10 other does owned by at least 2 breeders. There are a couple of other ways but this is most common. She can also get one leg as a kid/dry yearling- that's called a dry leg.
When a goat get 3 legs under at least 2 different judges, she becomes a permanent Champion. So this doe only has one more leg to go.
