Help with sick goat

sorry to ask something that has been adressed a gazillion times but I don't want to kill such a sweet goat.
Her name is Cutie and she is a boer. I picked her up when I shouldn't have cause she was so cute and sweet. She is 7 months old and only weighs 30lbs. Her coat is very soft and pretty. Her poo is normal. She is eating but doesn't look as poofey as the other 2 when finished for the day.
Her main symptoms are a cough, her tail is down, her gums and eyelids look anemic to me, and she just looks like she doesn't feel good 3/4ths of the time. I gave her 3cc's of quest, 7.5 of corid, and 15 of red cell. I'm sending in her blood for CL and CAE testing tomorrow. The people who had her said that she and the mom almost died when she was born from worms and anemia and that is why she is so small. Don't know how true that is. was told she was wormed with ivomectiin 3 weeks ago.
What else should I do?
I have LA200? Should I give her that for the cough?
Is Vit B really helpfull?
Do I redose her with the corrid and quest and if so when?
Should I treat the other 2 twin goats I picked up from the same place even though they look healthy?(they were just aquired by the people I bought them from 2 weeks prior with the mom and they didn't want the doelings just the mom so these 2 have had different managment then the boer)
Thanks
Lori

I would have a fecal done on all of them and start from there.

Corid is given five days in a row for each treatment. Do you have a stethoscope? Listen to her lungs.

Just because she has a cough I wouldn't give an antibiotic. It could be lung worms or even something as dusty hay, although it sounds like she has a heavy worm load from what your describing.

I agree with Alice, a fecal is needed on all the goats, especially the new one's & the one that looks so skinney. Usually the vet's don't charge to much for that.

Also when I need to worm my goats I always reworm them in 10 days or so.
