Malted barley?
Every single feed store in our area is out of the grain ration we normally give to our doe; in fact, they are out of ALL goat feed except for the medicated kind.
DH works at a brewery, and as such, we often get quantities of malted barley grains (dry, not spent). For now we are giving Petunia alfalfa pellets and BOSS while on the stand, but I know this isn't a balanced ration, and to be honest she's not that impressed with it. Would it help to mix a little malted barley in for the time being?
