Water in kid ears?

My kid played with me in a creek the other day, I am trying to get him used to water now. He got his head wet and now it seems like his ears are bothering him. Keep kips trying t scratch them with his feet and stuff. Could he have gotten water in his ears? What do I do if he did?

what breed? (ear type)
its possible he got water, have you looked in them to see if anything got in there?

LaMancha, no I don't know how... or i don't have a tool to look inside an ear properly lol

oh, perfect! iv got manchas and have to deal with this sometimes. they get like an ear wax build up. you can get a tissue and gently push up from the base of the jaw all the way up to the ear, it helps push the wax(its really nasty just to tell you) up and out. then use dog ear drops in the ear and it should clear up
