Yes, #1 and #2 were born behind first and #3 headfirst. This is the 1st time I have ever had anything to do with a goat birth so I was a little freaked out when I saw a tail! She did really well though. The second baby was born still in the sack too. Is that normal? I was praying the whole time that the babies and Mama would make it ok. My people kids also got to watch the whole process (which was great but made me even more hopeful that all would go well.

They seem to be doing pretty well so far

adorable!

love you human kid with the shoes on the wrong foot in the background. We've got a son, age 5, who always wears his shoes on the wrong foot, pants on backwards, undies on backwards, lol.

Cute babies! But unless that child also has his feet on the wrong legs, the shoes are on correctly and the legs are crossed.

It is so interesting that you guys are talking about this because I saw it only as a kid walking toward the goats with the right foot in motion and the left foot planted. Nothing backwards, just a kid ready to grab a kid. hehehe

You get the prize LMPaul LOL
but my kids HAVE put their shoes on the wrong foot plenty of times too. my 3yo. daughter is the one who usually does it lately.

I should worm Mama today right? What should I give her? how much? last time we did it at the "goat lady's house" and i was in the van with the people kids while dh watched. We will drink her milk also when the babies are bigger. Can I give Mama some nutridrench too? how do I get it in her?
and just for good measure...
