Red face My sick doe

Just thought that I would give a update as shes making good progress in healing. I believe we are over the polio, but she has some brain damage but is almost off the thiamine shots, I still give her a couple a day, but thats allot better than 5 or 6.
Shes still is unsteady on her feet but is trying, can hold her head up and strait and has started talking a bit. I dont know if shell ever go back to being normal, or will show but Im quite all right with that as long as she can function.

So glad she is doing better! Who knows she may very well turn out to be the best & friendliest goat on your farm.
It sure is a bummer when we have a sick goat or loose one! Sounds like she is going to be great!

She IS the friendliest, and best looking goat I have...lol.. she placed 2 and 3rd in her first show.

Its amazing the bounce back they can do, when I took her into the vet on monday, she was getting cold, her muscles where spazing and she was very unresponsive, though a far cry from being better, shes now standing in her "hospital room" eating hay out of the hay bag and drinking on her own.
