6 week old bucklings with swollen glands?what to do?

I have 2 bucklings that have developed swollen glands (I think) right at their throat. Actually seems like one golfball size lump right at the base of their throat. One was first, followed 2 days later by the other one.
I just had their mother tested last week and she was negative for CAE/CL

What could be causing this? Do they need medication or vet? They otherwise seem very healthy!

LOL! Another one. I know, it's scary until you know what it is. I have one doe that feeds very well, and her kids almost always have it, twins even. This year, I have two single Saanen kids, and they both have it. I don't mind seeing it, means they're well-fed.
