I imagine it will heal on it's own in just a few days, but any antibiotic cream would help

Is it just in that area? Has it gotten bigger? It's hard to tell if it's a skin issue or an owie. If it's a skin issue it could be mites...

There are so many things it could be. It could be sore mouth (Orf) One of mine had that, it was really bumpy but started out looking like a callous. It could be an old injury. Mites, lice, flea reaction. So I guess if it were me, since it's only that one spot and nobody else has it, I would put some Neosporin on it and keep a close eye on it (Like Bearfootmom said).
