Pregnant? does look a little rough

So, I'm pretty dang sure that at least 3 of my does are preggers (see other annoying thread) but two of them just don't look so hot to me. The ND doe is a good weight but is still shedding and it's been warm for a month. I just noticed last night that she has a few bald patches now too.

The ober/saanen doe still has a pretty shaggy coat and is thinnish (other than huge belly).

Any clues on why they would still have roughish coats, bald patches and a bit thin? One doe that doesn't look pregnant to me also looks thin and rough coated.

They are on good hay, alfalfa pellets and grain and have been treated with Epernex for worms and lice.

How is their copper? could they be deficient? That causes rough coats, another way to tell is their tail hairs get the "fishtail" look...it sorta separates. The dark colors turn brownish/red.

I am dealing with a copper deficiency right now. Yours look like the ones I have seen and a couple of mine. Get copper bolus and don't forget to give them their Bo-Se shot. Moms need it now (1 month before kidding) and kids need it at birth

BTW... when I bought this particular doe, I was told that the 'rough coat' is a genetic thing that the previous moms all had it... I always thought different, tried different wormers, nutrients, etc.... now I know different
