Please help: Sick goat with kids

Hello, our pygmy goat doe has diarrhea pretty often, and seems to be losing weight. We aren't sure what to do though, medicine wise, since she just had twins. The diarrhea started about a day or two before she had them and hasn't let up. She still eats & drinks though. She doesn't want anything to do with the kids, and just lays down all the time so they can't nurse.

Please help.

Temp?
has she been wormed? Worms are oppertunistic and can take over in a stressed body that is getting ready to kid. Its a good idea to get a sample to the vet to see if worms and what kind so you use the correct wormer and find out correct doses for goats.
Probiotics
good hay
That is pretty basic, I'm sure there will be more advice...and questions...

Have you taken a temp and checked her membranes? Any sign of lice? That's always the first step. If she's anemic you've got to get on it quick. They can go down fast, get secondary illnesses like listeriosis, etc. A goat who is losing weight, doesn't have much interest in kids and doesn't want to nurse sounds pretty sick to me.
Could be worms, coccidia or disease. I would strongly suggest a good vet here. Hope she improves!

Worm her and treat for coccidiosis. There is a product called Diarsanyl which helps with diarreah. Bottle feed the kids. Lots of times when a doe is sick, she doesn't make enough milk for the kids. If you don't have enough goat milk to feed them, use whole cow's milk.
