Ligament Question

Ok I have been looking but cant find the answer...
About what time frame during goat gestation do yall notice the ligaments starting to widen? I was thinking I read sometime in the last 6 weeks?

I dont know if I am making sense, but what I mean is when the doe is first bred her ligs are really tight and close to the tail head. It seems, unless I am totally nuts, that as time gets closer to kidding the ligs start to get further away from the tail head, and that is what I mean by widening.

When I got Hollie last week, her ligs were tight, a few days ago I noticed they were wider but I couldnt wrap my fingers around her tail head. Today I can. She has very small amounts of white discharge.

She had kidded the beginning of January, and about 3 weeks later her kid was killed. She came to my house about a week later. She was exposed to a buck before she came to my home.( she came so I could milk her and freeze the milk)
Then I had a buck here from the second week of Feb- March. Late March early April she went back home, where there is a buck.
Last week she came back to me. Now she is here for good.

This week could start her 20th week if she was bred in late Jan. 16-17th week if she were bred in Feb.
Just curious (again) what yall think. Which date yall think we are closer to. Her udder is full but not bursting.
This is a pic of her tail head from today.

Her ligaments look like they are about gone now to me, usually they won't be able to hold there tail upright like they normally do either. If she was bred that time in Jan. Your right, she could go anytime it sounds like. I would have to count on my calendar. I always count days & not weeks.
The white stuff sounds like what I call goo. Here for my goats normally once the goo starts it is with in 24 hours. But I have also heard others here say that some of there goats will have goo & then not. I always thought that was from the mucus plug falling out.

Thanks for replying Katie!
I counted days and she is between 121 and 142 days. *IF* she was bred at those times. And wasnt bred after she went home. To me these two dates seem the more likely given her appearance.
My FF Gretta goo-ed on and off for a month before she kidded.
This is my first time to kid Hollie out, so I have no idea whats the norm for her.
I was thinking she has changed a lot this past week that she has been here, maybe even dropping some.
So I am just wondering, due soon or about a month to go still?

Well Hollie is between 124 &145 days. Her tail head has raised and I can wrap my fingers around totally. But her udder still doesnt scream ready. I can still feel ligs, very slightly. She had more goo this am, seems uncomfy.
