snotty nose, medicate or wait and see

i have a goat that is acting normal and was totally normal yesterday. Today she has alot of crusty snot on her nose and some fresh mucus that is milky colored. Last week a buckling sneezed a big wad of yellowish snot but has been fine since untill today when I noticed a little yellow crusting in the eyes. Should I give nuflor or wait and see if it can be cleared on their own? I know I wouldnt take any meds if it were me but with a goat they may go down hill quicker. Thoughts?
