Actually, there is problems with Ivermectin during implantation period also. Now Valbazen like Ivermectin Plus has a flukecide in it and you certainly do not want to use either of these during implantation 11 to 14 days after breeding.
If you plan your breedings, than fecal sampling or simply worming/trimming feet/vaccination/bo-se if you use it, and since we don't know what area you are in, bolusing for copper...then you don't have to handle or worm your does until 100 days pregnant most of the time...does have incredible immunity during pregnancy.
Here the only does who are bred would be out of season breeders like boers, and even then, few will have fall kids. We breed even nubians here out of season only with hormones. So have your does not come into heat for the year? Or are they really bred? Either way if you need to worm I would worm, bred or not are they having diarrhea, showing signs of anemia? And I worm with Cydectin cattle pouron given orally at 1cc per 22 pounds because our worm burdens this time of year are only HC, and neither Ivermectin nor Valbazen are going to touch the adult worms in good enough numbers to bother useing them. You will be reworming in another month or so again because your does will be anemic if you use them. But once again I don't know what area you are in Vicki
