CMPK is what you give does when they are hypocalcemic and MFO is the same thing but not from a vet and I believe you have to give more of it.
CMPK stands for Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium. It replaces the missing calcium that the does needs but to much Potassium and it will stop the heart so this mixture will not do that.I hope this makes some sense.

CMPK = Calcium, magnesium, Phosphorus, and Potassium

MFO is usually similar with dextrose added.

MFO is usually designed for oral administration. Another name of similar stuff is Calcium Gluconate for injection (although most give it orally).

This basically rebalances their system after digestive upset. It is turning out to be quite key in treating many illnesses in kids so that it is now almost an automatic for anyone a little "off".

In adults, they are usually used in large doses to treat hypocalcemia.
