Doe in Labor on day 141 uncommon?

This is a first freshener & I'm sure she's in labor. Last night she would squat to pee & it looked a little pink like maybe some blood in it, then the goo started but not alot. DH & I took turns every 2 hrs going down all night to check on her & now it looks like she's having some good contractions. Just don't remember ever seeing any pink when they pee nor have I ever had a goat deliver this early. No chance she got bred earlier either since I house buck seperate & pen breed when ready, etc.
Just of course worried that something may be wrong, but I am a worry wart & so far(knock on wood) never had problems before with any of my goats.

Well this is a first for me & we have had goats for 5 years. She doesn't seem in any distress right now & sometimes doesn't look like she's having any contractions either. Just came back up from the barn. I'll be worried till I see babies though.

I Love our wether too! They all have there reasons & purposes I think.

I had two does kid that early this year, both with twins. I lost one twin, but that may have been due to other issues, the other two were just fine.

Well I just went to check on her again a little bit ago & she had delivered triplet's, they looked like all doe's & all looked premature. I don't even know what to do next. I'm sure I have read threads dealing with this before but since I have never had a problem like this before I really don't remember if there's something I should do now.
She is acting fine & now is eating & acting normal. I bounced her & her tummy felt squishy & couldn't feel anything in there. Could she have eating the afterbirth in an hour between me checking on her? Could it still be inside her & if so how could I tell & what should I do? She's not even acting like she had any babies. I tried to milk her but her bag was still so small & I couldn't get anything out.
What would cause her to deliver before the babies were ready? Could she have been butted by another goat & caused this? Like I said I have never had anything like this happen before, I am just befuddled.

This sounds just like what happened with my FF who delivered twins. It's like they were ALMOST ready, but not quite. I chose not to milk her. I wormed her and gave her a nice big bowl of grain/alfalfa pellets. I'm sorry you lost them..it's so hard!

Yep, That's what it sounds like Jill. It is kinda disheartening to know we do everything were supposed to & wait & wait & this happens. I don't even know what to think since this has never happened to me before. DH said it was bound to happen sooner or later cause that's just mother nature & things like this just happen when you have animals long enough.
