goat breathing heavy and diarrhea

I have a toggenburg that we milk twice a day. Yesterday she seemed fine, today she is definitely sick. She is breathing heavy, standing with her head down, and has diarrhea. She hasn't gotten into anything or done anything new that I know of, she wasn't out of her pasture or anything like that, and all the other goats seem fine. She looks pretty bad, though - any suggestions what I should do for her? She is in the stall in the barn now with alfalfa hay and fresh water.

Is there a chance your hay has mold in it? Does she have a fever? Does she appear bloated? Has she had her CD&T vaccination? Is she still producing milk...has it gone up or down? Is she drinking and eating or just looking at it? Definitely start her on probiotics, if you don't have any, try stilling a cud and vitamin B is always a good place to start. Antibiotics may be in order if she has a fever.

How about worms? When was the last time she was wormed and maybe it didn't work...
