How is this udder?

This is my FF, Ice Cream (named by my son). She freshened in March. This pic was taken right before milking.

I will take a stab, but I am not an expert.

Well, the picture is a bit zoomed in, so it's kind of hard for me to tell how high the rear is. But she looks to have a decent medial. She could use more arch to the rear udder. Teats are set wider than they should, you want them 2/3 from the middle, but they are good sized for an FF, maybe a bit short.

Obviously we can't see the forudder

Actually, the picture isn't zoomed, I was just really close. I was sitting on the milk stool with her on the stand. She is my best behaved milker, stands nice an quiet. My other does tend to dance a little. She also gives a gallon/day.

It's a pretty good rear udder. I'd like to see it a bit wider at the top, but it is functional, and appears to be well attached. The medial is nice. I would like to see better teat placement--the teats are too widely placed. From what I can see it looks like she may have some decent lateral attachment. What does her fore udder look like?

Always remember the side view is just as important as the rear. Did you take any side shots?

The fore udder is a little short, but seems like it is attached well enough. She looks like she is a relatively easy milker, but my guess is that sometimes it is hard to get the milk in the bucket because of her teat placement.
