Anyone use Liquid K dairy wash?

I had been using a dairy wash from Hoegger Supply but I wanted to try the Liquid K from Caprine Suppy. I got it today and it almost seems too scarry to use. It says no skin contact etc.
Does anyone use this product? Is it really hard on your hands etc?
What do you use?
