questions about nubians

I have 3 nubian does, ages 3 yrs, 1 yr, and 3 weeks, Also have a Nigerian Dwarf buck, plus a few pygmy and nigerian dwarf.
I was wondering if it was possible the 3 week old nubian would go into heat and get pregnant, if I ran the buck with them, he is only 6 weeks old now. I am still learning about the nubians. They won't go into heat until fall, is that right or should I keep the little ones separated?

The three week old Nubian kid would not go into heat but... the other Nubians will do it. Nubians are an African/Asian goat and will breed out of season. I have had Nubian does that kidded twice in one year.
My suggestion is to keep the buck with the other dwarf goats or by himself.

Well the nigerian dwarf buck is going to be my breeding buck, as of right now he is separated most of the time, and spends some time everyday with them, to learn how to be a goat, (he spent too much time in the house when he was little). I was hoping to run them all together this summer and fall, but I don't want the little doe to get pregnant this summer. If there is a chance that she will go into heat during the summer I will have to come up with a different plan.

Well I dont know about the others but mine dont usually start the ehat cycle till about 5 mths old. Its easy to tell as they start flagging and yelling...thats what mine do and I bet he is too short to reach right now anyway...They do like to practice but dont think anything to worry about just yet.

ok that is what I was hoping, luckily the older goats are tolerant of him, besides right now he spends all of his time crying for me, or if he gets out, waiting on the porch to come in. He has been outside for 3 weeks, you would think he would get over it soon.

A couple of years ago I had three oops Nubian breedings with five month olds. That's the youngest I've had them breed. They are usually running with the sibling bucks until they are three months. (The five month old came through a fence for the oops breedings.)

I have also had Nubians breed every season.
