sick goat

i have a goat that had kids about 3 weeks ago ,i dont think she is feeding than anymore and has blackish diarrhea, i dont see any blood but her appitate has changed in the last 24 hours can any one give me any advice

Has she been wormed latelY? Check her gums and eyelids for anemic-looking conditions, as she may have a parasite overload, which is bad to happen after they kid.

thank you we are worming her, my son informaned me she also got into the grain room so she may have ate to much but i am taking all measures to pull her through this thanks to all

Did you worm her right after she kidded? The labor process and kidding makes the worms very active. If you read the other post about Bob, you'll see that you need to do all you can for her at this point because as I've said before, once they get down, they don't get up. Nursing her babies will be additionally stressful.

Ok, then you may be dealing with a goat who just got too much grain. When did this happen??
In a case of a doe getting into the feed room, you need to give lots of mineral oil and activated charcoal. I would also give her C&D Antitoxin. If it is a grain overload, the scours are actually a good thing. At least she is passing something.
Tell your son that you need to know about a feed room incident ASAP if it happens again, because the oil, charcoal and antitoxin is much more effective if given as soon as they overdose on grains. Don't wait for them to show signs of distress before treating.
What did you worm her with, what dosage/method, and where are you located?
