Loose Poop?

My year old Alpine wether has had loose poop the last couple of days. It looks more like something from a dog. It's not black it's kind of that brown outside green inside looking stuff like normal berries. He has not temp, eats, very active and doesn't seem bothered by it. I haven't changed his food. He has been wormed with Quest plus and Ivomec orally in the last 6 weeks. I shot about 2 oz of sulmet down his throat and gave him some probios. Is there anything I should be doing or looking for?

What's he eating? If he's on pasture, it could be something he ate there. Fresh vegetation has that effect
It's not a big problem unless it gets a LOT looser

I think the probios will help a lot. He must have eaten something to screw things up

I've been reading up on probios. It has to have the right cultures in it to help and I'm not aware of any on the market that have many of the "normal, good" stuff that we find in goats' rumens.

It isn't going to help the soft stools but it could help support his immune system to give him some fortified b complex. If he's acting normally otherwise (check his temp.), I say let him be and just watch.
