question about bottle feeding

I know this is probably covered ad nauseum in this forum, but I don't have time to do a search:

Bottom line:
3-4 week bottle buckling (long story...)

Question(s):
How much milk per feeding? How many times per day? How many weeks/months will he need a bottlle?

Thanks!!!!!

Forgot to add: he looks like a Toggenburg mix- definitely full size dairy breed
