Is this pink eye?

I just noticed last night that one of my goats has red, runny eyes. The other three does in her pen all look fine. I took her temp last night and it was fine, I treated her eyes with NFZ puffer. here is a picture of how they look:

I am wondering how she could have pink eye since there are no other goats around and every one else looks fine. Or could it be a reaction from getting wormed a few days ago? Is there anything else I should do?

Thanks!

They can get pink eye from cats and other sources. I had very good results using a strong saline solution. Even used it for myself and my kids.

It could be allergies to the pollen that is starting to show up or maybe the wind is giving her problems. Mine get crusty sometimes when its really windy and cold. If by chance it is pinkeye I use Biomycin ...just a few drops in each eye. Also have you dusted her for mites? She seems to have some hair loss around her eyes. Might be the wormer is killing the mites and its irriated her eyes.

I have found if the goop from the eye is not yellow or white it clears up on its own, probably an irritation.

When I have had probs its always been thick yellow or green goop coming out.
Then its time for topical antibiotics or LA200 if its a possible full body infection as some of the bacterial pneumonia's can have goopy eyes.

The goats had lice and I dusted them about 3 weeks ago and then treated them with ivermetin orally last week. We have had really nasty wind the past couple of days.
I have Neomycin ointment, I was thinking of using that - or if it might help I have visine allergy formula.
I have never seen what pink eye looks like, but it seems to be hurting her some, so I would like to clear it up as soon as possible.
