Antibiotic question

Just had our last 2 FF's deliver - a single doeling, and twins, doeling and buckling. I had to go in for the buckling as he had one foot back - we have 2antibiotics on hand - Agricillin and TwinPen. Which would be better? I'm leaning towards the Agricillin, but don't know for sure. The FF with the single cleaned her off, but walks away when she tries to nurse. These are Boers. I've had her on teat by holding mom in a corner, but am worried about through the night. Think she'll decide to let her nurse? Or should I plan on getting up through the night?
We ended up with 11 doelings and 7 bucklings -with one loss during birth. We have 12 non-traditional - woohoo!!! We love those paint Boers.

Twin Pen and Agricillin are both penicillin. The Twin Pen is long acting, meaning you don't have to dose every day, you can dose every other day. Less stress on the goat.

Ummm Nothing is long lasting in a goat. Least of all antibiotics.

Rosie, we have 1 more to go for right now. Possibly one later on if Jacob had anything to do with it.
