Help! Poison Milk?

One of my best milkers must have gotten ahold of some poisonous weed - or SOMETHING. She was off her feed at the evening milking on Monday, then foaming at the mouth on Tuesday AM. Stre-e-e-etching as if she had a painful gut, and looking distinctly uncomfortable. I did everything I knew to do, and got advice from my mentor as well.

Thankfully, Lily pulled through, and is back to being her old, ornery self, eating well, cudding, and DEMANDING to be first in line at milking time. That makes me very happy.

My question is; should I discard the milk for several milkings following the poisoning episode? I can only assume she ate something poisonous - can't know for sure, and she isn't telling me.

Thanks in advance,
NeHi

Someone else will have to advise on this as I have never delt with it.
I just wanted to say I was glad your doe was doing better. Hopefully you find what ever made her sick.

No expert here by far but I would since you just don't know what she got in to. Mine did much the same when she got into the privet hedge last year and just to be on the safe side, I discarded her milk for three or four days. The last couple of days I did give it to the dogs.

Edited to add...I'm also glad your girl is better.
