need phone number for Wash. State Labs

Patty0315 gave me the name of the lab she uses for sending off work, but not the number and 411 keeps giving me some very odd numbers to try. Thought you guys might know. All I know is that she said it is "Washington State" and I know nothing more than that. Thanks in advance!!
