New here

Hello all! I just stumbled across this forum this morning and wanted to say hi. I am a newbie to pygmy goats, I got my first three (mommy, and 1 week old babies) about 8 months ago. Since then I have gotten 5 others. The last 2 I got from a sale, 1 of them is about to kid. Well I say she's about to, but I'm not 100% sure on when..LOL I have been reading and reading some more. Anywho, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself

Welcome Beckbeck, this is an awesome site & everyone is always so helpful even if there way is not the same as yours they always mean well & are ready to jump in to help.
Someone should have told you goats are addictive, like chips you can't only have 1 or 2!

I think what Minelson meant to say is that it is MANDATORY to see pictures of your goats. We are some goat pic loving people around here!

Welcome. This is one of the most helpful sites I've ever seen. There are folks on here that have been raising goats for 30+ years so there is a wealth of knowledge right here at your fingertips.

Don't be afraid to ask and all that we want in return is lots of pictures of your babies

I use photobucket. It's free too. Do a search: post pictures free

you'll have several options. I'm drawing a blank on them, but know of several others...

Welcome to the goat obsession!

p.s. Are you SURE Montana is a PigA ME? Looks Ober to me...

mebbe a cross?

Good job, Beckbeck. You may remain.

Great pics, I love Montana, she is a cutie!

I was wondering about Hannah, too, she has a longer head. Sure is pretty though.

unsure..

I got them all at seperate times, and was told everytime they were pygmy. I am new to the goat thing and learning new stuff all the time. All I really know is I truly love having them around. They are so much fun.
