Arthritis

I hope you get this all sorted out soon. My daughter was 16 when she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthirtis. They decided she was an "early" onset verses juvenille rheumatoid arthiritis (in long run didn't really matter what they called it) She is now 29, a mother of a 4 year old, 1st grade teacher and working on her masters degree! She was very active in 4-H and FFA during her teen years. Sometimes she would have to modify her activity depending on how painful the day was but that girl never quit! She kept on going with her animals. She did elect her last year at our local fair to not take her horse as she was having a flare up and difficulty using her hands. (her concern was not endangering any other youth if she lost control of her mare, if her hands were unable to hold the lead line or reins)

Make sure you get in to see the specialists and see what they can offer. They cannot "cure" it but there are new treatments being developed every day. The hardest thing as a parent is to watch your child when they are hurting. But hang in there, I'll keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

Prayers said.
Quick question. Have you put new carpeting in your home recently? Carpets outgas alot of bad chemicals that can cause symptoms associated with autoimmune. Fibromyalgia, Epstine Barr, etc...
My son and I were so sick after we moved into our newly built home 16 years ago.

Wow, I though that was a photo of My little girl holding goats she's 7 1/2 but we raise Nubians.

I will keep her in my prayers, Hopefully you can find something to help her. I wonder if raw goat milk kefir would help her. I assume since you homestead she probably has access to better food, more wholesome.
