in heat, or what?

Ok, so, Bobbie, the doe I put in with Apollo last week for about 5 days because I thought she was in heat again because she was having discharge, (she's SUPPOSED to be pregnant because she spent 2 months with him last fall, she and two other does that are pregnant now). Well, she quit having any kind of discharge, so I put her back with the does. Well, today she is having discharge again!! She isn't crying a lot, or being very affectionate with me or the other does, so I just can't figure out WHAT is going on. I didnt' draw blood on her for the Bio-tracking test Sunday before this past one like I did the other does that I was unsure of because I thought FOR SURE she wasnt preggo. So what gives? I know their heat cycles are every 21 days and it's only been like, 5 days or so. SHould I put her back in with Apollo? BTW, she did successfully kid last year
