Melody, Ariel's dtr, just gave us a pair of lovely 3/4 LM, 1/4 Nubian doe kids - one is jet black and the other is brown with dark points, tan facial stripes on her head and a few white splashes on her head. The black one is gopher earred and the brown one is elf earred. They'll be registered as Experimentals, grading up. They took to the bottle right away and Melody stood quietly in the stall to have colostrum milked out - no problem at all. I guess all that udder handling from birth paid off.  DD has already decided on Harmony for one and I added A'capella (or Ella) for the other - expanding on a musical theme. Just not sure which is getting which name yet.
We'll post some pics tomorrow, along with updated pics of our Sunday kids. We had them out playing in the sunshine this afternoon - they loved it.
