Cashmere goats

I found a breeder of pure white cashmeres. She wants $150 either bucks or does. Is this a good price? I am familiar with dairy and meat goats, but not the fiber breeds. They are young and soooooo cute!!!! the fur is long and soft.

Awww, how cuddly! Our angora/pygmy is so soft and fuzzy, I just want to take a nap on him! I was worried about some cold snaps we were having until I remembered...he's already wearing a sweater!!!

No help here as far as prices, sorry. But I bet they are "who cares about some $$" cute!!!

Oh yeah they are!! If it was up to me I would already have two out here in the yard. Unfortunately, DH is not so overtook by cuteness of goats as I am. So he wanted me to find out. I did find a breeders website online for here in NC that was selling them for $300-$400. I don't think $150 is bad at all, especially since i get the fiber and an extra baby or two running around that I can watch.

I'd say GO FOR IT! I've been looking at them online, and it's been sparse to find an image, much less a breeder I tell ya!
