Question goat lice remover question

I lost the instructions on how to mix the goat lice remover. It is cornerstone ag products goat lice remover/ Barn & Premise spray. Does anyone have this kind if so can you give the mixing instructions. Second question is can I use it on day old kids?? One of the ones I have is loaded with them.
