Breeding and teat size

I know it's a dumb one but I need clarification: I am getting 6 nubians and two will be ready to breed when I get them...the available buck is a pigmy... I was told that i could breed them, but that it would change the teat size.. here's the dumb question: Will it change the Mother's teats or were they talking about the offspring does?

I'm going to bet the statement was in reference to teat size of the offspring does.

Last season I bred a Pygmy buck to a Nubian doe, and got Kinders. Those doelings are bred for January kiddings, and I'm hoping they'll have some of their dam's udder capacity. She has big, long teats, so I'm hoping the Kinder daughters inherit some of that size, too.

I hope someone who knows more what they're talking about chimes in here!
