If Anyone Had A Dollar Yesterday You Could Have Bought Me For It

Thought this would make everyone smile this morning out of the sheer cuteness of it! I came home yesterday to find this little one; actually I totally missed her at first until my husband asked me if I had brought it home...(where would he get an idea like that?!*hehe*) I had my suspicions our goat Cinnamon might be pregnant, but had put a due date of January on her, because that’s how early into it I thought she was. Honestly, most of you saw photos of her back last month, would you of thought she was less then 30 days away from kidding?!
Well when you have animals if there is one lesson to be learned it is that no matter what you think you know they find ways of surprising you! I was just thumbing through Hoeggers yesterday looking to stock up my supplies for kidding figuring I was planning ahead!

You could have bought me for a dollar yesterday when I got home to find this little girl. It’s our first new life on the farm, we’re so proud! Mom and baby are doing well, Cinnamon is a first freshener and did a fantastic job birthing it was hard for me to figure out where it happened. Baby is nursing beautifully and is going to be a handful you can just tell!
So now I can say that I can show people photos of my “kids” because technically she is a one Enjoy!

oh she is sooo beautiful. I love her coloring and she looks like a little pip! (a loving term my grandmother always used for a playful and loveable one).
