Yes we need more info.
Have you wormed her? Had fecals done? The eyelid color (FAMACHA) is a good tool to use for bloodsucking worms, but it was never meant to be used as the sole indicator of a worm overload. FAMACHA only indicates the levels of anemia caused by bloodsucking worms. Other worms can cause problems, too. (Also anemia can be caused by other things).
If she were mine I'd start minimally with supplementations, like nutridrench & probios until I figured out her symptoms & a possible cause.
