A couple of questions

Well, I got hubby hooked on this goat forum! He loves everyone's wisdom here. He wanted me to ask all of you--for our goat with a goiter--she is lactating. Should we dry her up to give extra things we are doing with her a better chance to work? And he wants to know how often everyone cleans out their waterers--not just replace the water, but scrub the waterer out, etc. He wants to make sure he isn't doing anything wrong!

we clean our waterers out every other day since we have ducks that like to splash in them. We bleach them if needed but most often just rinse out real good with a water sprayer on the house and scrub with brush if needed.
